Chartered in 1994, the mission of BioNJ is to:

(1) Formulate and advocate policy positions to elected officials and regulators.
(2) Acquire and coordinate resources and provide services to members regarding issues critical to building successful biotechnology enterprises.
(3) Enhance awareness and appreciation of New Jersey's biotechnology industry.

The main objective of the Female Entrepreneurs' Alliance is to provide a venue where female entrepreneurs in the region can network amongst themselves, providing business support and mentoring to one another. A secondary aim is to provide such entrepreneurs with the opportunity to access speakers on issues affecting business in general and more specifically, female entrepreneurship. The Alliance will provide a basis for women to explore resources surrounding them and understand how these might contribute to their success.

The New Jersey Entrepreneurs Forum is the premier meeting place for entrepreneurs, investors and service providers in the state of New Jersey.

The New Jersey Entrepreneurs Forum is a non-profit corporation supported by a Board of Trustees and other volunteers who assist young New Jersey companies. NJEF meets monthly for the purpose of educating and assisting entrepreneurs. Our mission is to assist the entrepreneurs and management teams of young technology companies, so the thoughts that count the most are yours!

The New Jersey Technology Council provides business support, networking opportunities, information, advocacy and recognition of technology companies and their leaders. Founded in 1996, NJTC's more than 1,200 member companies work together to support their own enterprises while advancing New Jersey's status as a leading technology center in the United States.

The New Jersey Technology Solutions Center (NJTSC) operates as a 501(c)(3)/509(a)(2) NJ nonprofit Corporation whose focus is to build and operate a technology-focused employment and business development capability for the benefit of the State of New Jersey.

NJTSC’s approach is to develop business prospects, propose, win and perform scientific research and development on communication, command, control, computing, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C4ISR), renewable/alternative energy, homeland defense, and cyber/EW/security to benefit US warfighters, especially those who are in harm’s way. This is achieved by directly or indirectly (through team member organizations) employing subject matter experts (SMEs) in these fields in the State of New Jersey. One initial focus is to assist the US Army to ensure mission continuity as the Army transitions from Fort Monmouth, NJ to Aberdeen, MD in accord with the Base Realignment and Closure Act of 2005 (BRAC 2005) which mandates the Army, and consequently jobs in New Jersey, be transferred to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD by September 2011 without losing capability. NJTSC will perform, create, and grow jobs for the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development including providing educational training in science and technology to enhance the skills of New Jersey residents. This is one of the ways in which NJTSC seeks to benefit the Federal Government while focusing on the public purpose of growing jobs in New Jersey.

So far NJTSC has engaged three dozen universities, large and small businesses, and other nonprofits in helping it initiate activities and grow jobs in New Jersey.

PlanSmart NJ is an independent, non-profit civic planning and research organization committed to improving the quality of community life through the advancement of sound land use planning and regional cooperation.

Drawing on over 40 years experience, PlanSmart NJ concentrates on land use, transportation, housing, environmental conservation, and related issues throughout the state of NJ.

PlanSmart NJ is the state’s premier source of cutting edge and pragmatic ways to transform the forces behind suburban sprawl and urban deterioration into laws and actions that foster natural resource conservation, economic vitality, and improved quality of life for all citizens, and the optimal use of private and public resources.

We are a diverse, nonpartisan group of volunteers of Princeton Borough, Township and region. We are dedicated to protecting and enhancing our unique community and we share concerns about the directions future growth and development may take. We are wary of piecemeal, project-by-project development and, instead, seek broad community support for integrated solutions that balance the benefits of economic growth with the values of neighborhood identity, historic preservation, environmental sustainability, aesthetics and social equity. Through research, analysis, public meetings and other forums, we actively encourage respectful citizen dialogue that can bridge differences and create common community purpose.

The New Jersey Business & Industry Association is an employer association providing information, services and advocacy for its member companies in order to build a more prosperous New Jersey. NJBIA is the the nation's largest statewide employer association.

The NJEN is a non-profit organization providing educational and informational services to entrepreneurs, investors, persons in related fields and the public in general. Our meetings are attended by a select group of entrepreneurs, company executives, venture capitalists, angel investors, investment bankers, and professional services providers. The meetings are held at noon on the first Wednesday of every other month from September through May or June, most often at the Princeton Marriott Conference Center, 100 College Road East off Route 1 in Princeton, New Jersey.

VANJ is New Jersey’s largest regular forum for company owners, investors, bankers and service providers.  Since 1984, New Jersey’s entrepreneurial community has benefited from VANJ’s monthly networking luncheons.
